Providing an inspiring cool working environment which allows businesses to focus on growth.

The cluster effect. Like minded, complementary businesses, all-inclusive rent, flexible terms, free beers, events, yoga classes, stand up desks, cycle facilities, showers…

Clients within That Space all work within the property industry and are attracted to move here as this cluster effect has proven to lead to business growth.

Through the cluster there is increased knowledge share, collaboration and mutual support with businesses supporting each other. We have found our clients’ productivity has increased by working with businesses with a similar culture as the high concentration of knowledge improves the level of innovation and gives access to a wider marketplace.

As well as the daily interaction, our events and Property Hotseat conferences give our clients the opportunity to expand their network and grow their business.

yoga, property hotseat, healthy working, challenges, sharing success.

The voice of that space want to share the love.

Moving to That Space has been a great new base for the business in Manchester. That Space is far more than an office destination; it’s a collaboration of businesses within the property industry which is good for networking and potential growth. It is quirky office space with a real community feel. Watch This Space took a brave step in launching the concept with nearly all the desks being taken and we are really enjoying being there.

Iceni Projects has 80 staff across London and Glasgow offices, and working in That Space, developed by Watch This Space has given us a fantastic platform to launch our new offering in Manchester. We heard about That Space and the potential for growth with the property co-work space- it was an easy decision. It’s not just an office and you’re not just another tenant. That Space has a buzz- everyone here is working hard to build or develop something, coupled with a good sense of fun- the collective endeavor is contagious. That Space is fantastic for us in terms of seeking new opportunities and establishing ourselves in the north west market.

Head of Manchester Office - Iceni Projects

We welcome 1 - 4 person businesses in the property world who are looking for a fresh and exciting workplace. Businesses are vetted prior to occupation so that those selected work hand in hand and are not competing with each other.
